Born in India, Aaron has been passionate about guest experience, food and dining for as long as he can remember. After completing his Bachelor of Hospitality Management in Mumbai before immigrating to Australia in 2013, he worked in industry leading hotels such as The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Taj Lands End and The Oberoi .
Upon arriving in Australia, Aaron completed Diplôme de Pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, where he honed his skills in pastry and French cuisine. He worked in guest experience at Meriton Suites while studying, and enjoyed and continued to learn exceptional customer experience while also working at Lindt and Sprungli as a pastry chef. During his citizenship application process, he worked regionally in Canberra, and lead a team as Venue Manager at a popular Café.
Aaron began working as a supervisor for Top Shelf in 2019, where we were quick to identify his natural talent. He is extremely excited to be in this role as part of our tight knit team, dedicated to train, support and grow our crew to be a benchmark in Sydney's Recruitment & Staffing space.
