Management Consultant

I have worked as a Management Consultant for Rickshaw Enterprises since November 2016.  I have enjoyed a diverse career history spanning arts
& entertainment, design & project management, marketing & branding, training & facilitating, workplace mentoring, cultural competency & workplace culture, case management, hospitality & more.

In the arts, I worked in theatre, film & television as an actor, director, producer & drama tutor, and was one of the founding members of Darlinghurst Theatre Company where I am now an Ambassador.  For the world of interior design, I ran my own business working on residential & commercial properties, as well as styling corporate events, weddings, private events & product launches.  In film & television I worked in both the wardrobe & props departments.

For over 8 years I worked for Mulga Gidgee as manager, mentor & trainer in various capacities within indigenous employment programs working across Sydney, Darwin & Arnhem Land.  I was an external member of the Indigenous Steering Committee at Ausgrid & involved in a number of projects, events & initiatives including the organisation's Reconciliation Action Plan.  Within my local community in Sydney's Eastern beaches, I worked as a community worker and advocate where I was manager of a community services centre assisting the homeless & disadvantaged in Bondi.  

My key strength lies in building strategic, sustainable & meaningful relationships between customers, partners & stakeholders, and growing & developing people & the organisations they work within.
