I entered the hospitality world back in 2016 when I came to Australia and started casual work as a function attendant. As a native Lithuanian speaker, this experience made a great impact on my English skills and personal development through all the amazing people I have met. My work in hospitality peaked my curiosity towards the inner workings of recruitment agencies. I am now stepping forward as Top Shelf’s staff coordinator, harnessing my reliability to build strong relationships with the team and create a positive work environment
I previously trained as an occupational therapist and have volunteering experience in various fields like assisting the elderly with regaining their independence.
