With a history in the entertainment industry, I entered the hospitality world when I opened my own catering business on the Gold Coast in 2002.

From there, I have enjoyed a diverse and thrilling 20 years in the hospo industry spanning the cruise industry, resorts, hotels, events, and restaurants to name a few.

Some hospitality management highlights include working at Sydney Town Hall,Taronga Zoo and the Australian War Memorial.

In my spare time I enjoy all the finer things in life: cooking, theatre, gardening, travel, hiking, music and great food and wine.

I look forward to all that’s to come with this new adventure at Top Shelf!
