We are currently looking for experienced professionals with a real passion for food, wine and customer service to join our clients team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, formal and informal dining and catering. Further, you will take orders in client and staff meetings where discretion and professionalism is key. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a professional service, corporate catering or fine dining.
Reporting to the Client Floor Supervisor, you will take a 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including:
Delivering first class service to a range of different functions styles including, canape events, formal lunch and dinners and seminars.
Ensure that meeting rooms are set up correctly and timely for all functions, as well as cleaning up after a meeting
Barista experience essential in order to prepare and deliver coffees in a timely manner, and cleaning/maintaining the coffee machine daily
Assist in unpacking deliveries, restocking fridges, cleaning and any back of house tasks required
Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S including Covid Safe Policies
Other duties as directed by Boardroom Waiter Supervisor or Head Chef/Team Leader Client Floor

At least 2 years previous experience within a similar role, from corporate or professional services would be highly regarded.

current R.S.A. certificate
