Neighbourhood Cellars is a group of community focussed independent liquor outlets who are always looking for people who are passionate about our industry. We have a cafe, deli & liquor store in addition to four wine & liquor shops.
We are seeking a gun barista with a minimum 2 years experience to lead the team in our funky Potts Point store.

What We are Looking For:
A passion for coffee, the liquor industry & customer service is a must.
Be energetic, enthusiastic and interested in developing skills and knowledge in this industry
Have experience in the hospitality industry, customer service and managing others
Possess exceptional organisational & time management skills
Have strong communication skills – verbal & written
Be ready for a great challenge with huge upside
Have a strong work ethic & the ability to show initiative
Be punctual, reliable & hard-working
Be willing to work toward store targets and as part of a team to achieve outlet goals set by management
Some level of wine knowledge is highly desirable
